Chocolates

Truffles will be available for Christmas orders from mid November, quantities and prices will be detailed nearer the time!

We recommend Truffles with Attitude for their award winning, made to order, fresh cream double centered truffles. Each truffle contains Cranfields jelly with a complimentary flavoured chocolate ganache.

The Calvados Truffles were awarded Gold ** and the Sloe Gin Truffles Gold * at the Great Taste Awards this year. In addition 4 bronze awards were given by the Taste of the West.

Still an embryonic Company in its own right and lacking its own website at present, truffles can be ordered through ourselves for Weddings and corporate gifts.

Flavour will be literally at the centre of each truffle.

Flavours currently include salt caramel, blackcurrant, calvados, wild pear with poire William, sloe gin and elderberry but bespoke flavours can be catered for. As each truffle includes cream as a component, shelf life is limited to 6-8 weeks depending on the degree of alcohol contained in the ganache, hence their bespoke, made to order nature.
